Baptisms
The Sacrament of Baptism is available several times throughout the year. If you are interested in baptism for yourself or a family member, please contact the church office at (619) 460-6442 for more information.
Confirmation & Reaffirmation
Confirmation, Reaffirmation, and Reception are administered by the bishop at his yearly visitation to St. Dunstan’s. Interested youth and adults are required to attend a course of instruction prior to the bishop’s visit. To learn more, please contact the church office at (619) 460-6442.
Funerals
If you have reached this page because you have recently lost a loved one and are making funeral arrangements, please contact our office as soon as possible at (619) 460-6442. We are here for you and we want to help ease your worries and pain as you go through this emotional time.
After you have contacted the church office to schedule a funeral, you will meet with the priest in order to go over the details of the service. Together you will complete a “planning sheet” which includes specific family requests, Bible readings, favorite hymns, and other service needs.
As part of their vow of service, St. Dunstan’s chapter of the Daughters of the King offers a free reception of punch, coffee, and cookies immediately following a funeral. If you are interested in scheduling this reception, please inform the priest when you meet with him.
