The Healing Prayer Team's ministry is to pray with those desiring physical, spiritual, or emotional healing either for themselves or as intercessors for others. Every Sunday during Communion at the 9:30 service, they provide a two-member team in the meditative garden to pray with those desiring support from this ministry in times of sickness, distress, or praise and thanksgiving. Several times a year they participated in the Healing Eucharist, joining with the clergy in providing prayer teams during the service. The team is also available for hospital and home visitations by contacting the church office.

The Healing Prayer ministry also hosts Soaking Prayer, a 90-minute time of soft, inspirational music interspersed with Scripture readings. Bring a pillow and blanket to the church sanctuary every third Saturday of the month at 6:30 PM for a quiet interlude of meditation and prayer.
