These faithful volunteers meet to account for, record and deposit all money received the previous week.

MINI STEEPLE VOLUNTEERS

Alternate Monday mornings
The Mini Crew prepares the mailing of the biweekly newsletter. They label, sort them for mailing and fill out the proper paperwork for our bulk mailing status. This is a busy job, as there are approximately 600 “Mini’s” mailed biweekly.

OFFICE HELPERS

The office staff is supplemented every day of the week with volunteers who sit at the receptionist desk, answer the phone and do other light clerical jobs as needed.

PARISH ADMINISTRATION

The Vestry consists of twelve members, elected for three-year terms at the Annual Parish Meeting. The Vestry is responsible for the fiscal and physical needs of the Church. They advise the Rector on a variety of issues, including worship, Christian Education, Outreach and Evangelism. The whole Parish has the opportunity to come together at the Annual Parish Meeting in late January or early February to approve the budget, report on happenings during the year and hear the state of the parish report from the Rector.
