Charitable bequests are considered by many to be the heart of most
planned giving programs. They are the most common form of planned gifts
and one of the easiest ways to insure that your assets are distributed
according to your wishes after your death. A bequest can also be a
profound expression of faith and a lasting memorial of your Christian
witness. Bequests are flexible, easy to establish and can vary in size
and form. Sometimes, a simple codicil making provision for the Church
can be added to an already existing will.
